Q: I sometimes have problems logging on to my account. Can you explain why?

A: It is possible that you have hit the wrong key when entering your username or password. To double-check, clear both of the lines, and try to enter them again. You can use the Lost Password facility if you need to, and a new one will be sent out to you. If this does not solve the problem, contact us for further help.

Q: Why don't the numbers on the counter increase when I am viewing the page?

A: Our system logs the total number of visitors in a 24 hr period. This means that we only count on hit per visitor. Therefore, the number will not increase when you are in the site.

Q: I find it hard when switching between my multiple accounts. Is there a good way to do this?

A: You have to log out of your latest account before you sign in to the next one.

Q: I want to cancel the web counter. How do I do this?

A: Easy. To get rid of the counter, delete the HTML code from your site. Don’t log onto your account for a month, and that should do the trick.

Q: I've forgotten my password! How can you help me?

A; Log onto the site, and you should see a button marked 'Lost Password'. Click on this, and a new password will be mailed to your email address.

Q: Are your counter statistics reliable?

A: We try and make the statistics as reliable as we can. The error rate on our site is very small, though sometimes errors are made. Though we can't do 100% guarantee, our software is the best in the field, and we have had a great many satisfied customers use the web counters.

Q: How is it possible to provide a web counter service free of charge?

A: We use an advertising link that appears underneath each counter. The advertisers pay us to insert the ad there, and this is why we can provide your web counter service for free.

Q: Can I use the web counter on all the pages of my website?

A: You certainly can. You install the counter code on your homepage, and then each page the customer looks at can be counted as a separate hit.

Q: How long does the statistical data stay in your files?

A: We keep all of the data for a month. The sum totals of the hits on your website are available for as long as you have an account with us.

Q: Can I change the advertising link?

A: You can move the link around, and you can swap it for one of the other links from our site, but you cannot delete or alter the advertising link in any manner.

Q: How do I get my weekly email report?

A: If you want to receive a weekly summary of your report, you can check a link when you set up the account. Doing this means that you can have the weekly report sent to a specified email address. You can change this instruction by unchecking (or checking) the box in your account page.
